The President Hotel not only offers amazing accommodation to those visiting the Mother City, but has some excellent restaurants on its property open to the public.I was invited with some media to the opening of their new Oyster Bar and treated to a delicious 2-course lunch on their beautiful premises.
The Oyster Bar
Undoubtedly, the best oysters and variations I have had in Cape Town so far. Four delicious oysters were served with bubbles on the outdoor deck overlooking the ocean view. The wasabi oyster is one I’ll definitely be back for.
Lunch
Fresh filleted fish served with potatoes.
Dessert was a cosmic delight of lemon meringue and a variety of sorbet with raspberries and litchis.
