I was invited with the media to the launch of the Shimmy Beach Winter Menu 2018. Paired with with the latest selection from Bloemendal Wines, we were treated to hearty option from amazing dim sum bowls, mussels, chicken pie and delectable dessert samples.
I was most impressed by the dim sum on offer, the won ton prawn was to die for.
